500ml ex-bourbon Cask
Our first whisky. (We are aiming for this to be ready around Christmas 2020.)
Kinglake Distillery's short, squat still, deep cuts into the feints and slightly smokey, chocolatey mash bill means this will be a nice rich whisky. The beautiful little 50-litre octave casks we’ve had specially made give it a depth well beyond its years.
Brewed, fermented, distilled and bottled in Kinglake using un-filtered spring water straight from the source. Created, by hand, using a traditional copper pot still from Tasmania and 80% Australian malt from Griffiths New South Wales.
