|Grabbed a delivery of 20-litre barrels from our 6th Generation Cooper George Smithwick. Each of these is re-coopered from full-size US 200 litre ex-bourbon barrels. We only get 3 x 20 litre's from every 2 full-size, so it's an expensive process. We will either leave staves intact or shave, toast and recharge (STR).
