Our isolated off-grid location is fundamental to the whisky itself. The spring water, mountain humidity, surrounding bushland and quiet pace of the landscape all shape the spirit we make here.

The Tasting Room
Our tasting room is a relaxed and intimate way to
experience the whiskies where they aremade.
Visitors can explore guided tasting flights across our core range, special releases and distillery exclusives set in the re-wilded bushland area of the distillery property. We deliberately keep things personal and unhurried—more mountain whisky shed than polished tourist attraction.
Normally open every second Sunday. 11-3pm. Next Dates 2nd August and 16th August.

Distillery Tours
Once a month, our distillery tours offer a deeper look into the philosophy and process behind Kinglake whisky
Tours explore the entire whisky-making journey, from our natural spring water source and open fermentations through to distillation, maturation and our underground dunnage project. Along the way we discuss how climate, landscape and old-fashioned production methods combine to shape the character of the spirit
Tours include a tasting of selected Kinglake single malts.
