DISTILLER'S DIARY - 22ND MAY 2025

Moving on with renovating our barbecue and viewing platform over the lake. It holds 18 millions litres and is the source of all the water for making our whisky and also cooling.

As the water is such an important part of the whisky we're making, it makes sense for people to be able to enjoy getting a little closer to it.

We're also thinking we might introduce a 'Whisky Evening' where guests come up for some food, tastings, a tour and then a whisky round the fire on a clear night. This would be a perfect spot for the last bit. Since we moved onto the property I've really been enjoying the stars, which on a clear night are incredible.
