The agenda today includes a little paddling, could be a little warmer! :) The last owner of the distillery property built a lovely deck section cantilevered out over the spring-fed lake that supplies all the water for the whisky. Sadly over the years it's fallen into dis-repair and using it meant walking very gently.

A super generous Kinglake local (thanks Pete) offered to help me renovate it, as it's lovely spot for swimming from and also for customers to get closer to one of the 3 important ingredients that go into our whisky.

Job today was getting into the water to replace the pilings!
