Just putting on the next date for an open day. We aim to do one of these a month roughly but it depends on how busy we are. They're always well attended and generally sell out. This surprises us given we don't advertise them at all.
Chantal does most of the external sales pitches so I do the talks on the open day to give her a break. Unlike Chantal, public speaking is not one of my strong points and I used to hate these days but I've slowly learnt to relax and enjoy it more.
A big thing for me is not charging the guests. Then there is no expectation and much less pressure on me to perform.
